At NRS, we're looking for a Lead/Senior Resourcing Specialist with proven direct‐sourcing team leadership experience to elevate our resourcing capability and influence senior decision‐making across the organisation.
In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, operations and corporate leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and drive high‐quality hiring outcomes. You will lead, coach and develop a team of Resourcing Specialists, setting standards, building sourcing capability and embedding consistent best practice across the function. You will play a key role in elevating the team's expertise in proactive sourcing methods, market research and talent engagement, ensuring we deliver a modern, strategic and insight‐driven resourcing service.
You will also take ownership of senior and specialist recruitment delivery, using your expertise in talent mapping, headhunting and market engagement to secure scarce skillsets. Your work will help shape our employer brand, deepen our presence in critical talent markets and build multi‐year pipelines that protect our long‐term talent supply.
With responsibility for supplier relationships, recruitment spend and governance, you will bring analytical insight, commercial awareness and excellent judgement to ensure we balance speed, compliance and quality. You will champion continuous improvement across the function, supporting projects from ATS optimisation to assessment redesign, driving better experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

You will shape the future of how we attract, engage and secure exceptional talent, while inspiring a team to deliver at the highest level.
Your expertise will fuel transformation: from navigating specialist talent markets with confidence, to championing innovative recruitment technology, to using data as the engine for smarter, faster decision‐making. If you are ready to lead with influence, curiosity and commercial sharpness, we would love to hear from you.
You will bring:
- A track record of resourcing excellence within engineering, technical, or programme‐driven environments.
- Proven leadership of direct sourcing teams, with standout coaching capability, stakeholder influence, and delivery impact.
- Deep knowledge of specialist skills markets, recruitment technology, and data‐led workforce decision‐making.
- MCIPD or relevant qualification/demonstrable management or specialist experience.
