Are you a natural organiser who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Do you enjoy being the person others rely on to make things run smoothly? If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to provide vital administrative support to the AGR Transition and Transfer Programme. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, helping teams deliver, supporting customers, and ensuring information flows exactly where it’s needed. If you take pride in being dependable, efficient and customer‑focused, you’ll thrive here. This is a role with variety, visibility, and the chance to sharpen your skills while making a meaningful contribution to our work. No two days will ever be the same, and that’s exactly what makes this position so rewarding.

What will you be doing

Your responsibilities will be varied, essential and highly valued within the team. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative support through effective diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing and accurate maintenance of filing systems and databases. You’ll also be the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries, handling queries professionally and escalating them when required. The programme works with multiple external stakeholders, which will require you to interact and organise multi‑organisational workshops, meetings and collate, record minutes and reports for the programme. In addition, you’ll support the preparation of key documents such as correspondence, agendas, minutes and action plans to keep the team aligned and informed. You’ll play an active role in improving administrative systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability while maintaining full compliance with HSEQ standards.

Who are we looking for

We’re looking for someone organised, dependable and confident in a busy environment. You’ll bring strong administrative experience with solid skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude and the ability to communicate clearly while managing multiple tasks. A good educational foundation, A‑Level or equivalent, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential. Experience working within a technical function such as engineering or finance is beneficial but not required, if you can work effectively and adapt quickly.
