Enterprise Account Executive – UK&I / EMEA
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of enterprise cybersecurity solutions, is looking for a highly driven Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing UK&I/EMEA sales team. This is a new business-focused role (70% hunting, 30% farming), responsible for managing full sales cycles, building relationships with enterprise clients, and closing large strategic deals.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within cybersecurity or technical solutions, with a strong track record of success in securing and growing enterprise accounts.
This role is based in London, with a hybrid work policy of two days per week in the office, though flexibility is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition, identifying and securing new enterprise clients across UK&I/EMEA.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless sales process and strong post-sale engagement.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving cybersecurity challenges.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud security, or technical solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing large, strategic enterprise deals.
- Strong ability to engage and sell to C-suite and senior IT leaders.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about driving business growth.
