Enterprise Account Executive – UK&I / EMEA

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

About the Role:

Our client, a leading provider of enterprise cybersecurity solutions, is looking for a highly driven Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing UK&I/EMEA sales team. This is a new business-focused role (70% hunting, 30% farming), responsible for managing full sales cycles, building relationships with enterprise clients, and closing large strategic deals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within cybersecurity or technical solutions, with a strong track record of success in securing and growing enterprise accounts.

This role is based in London, with a hybrid work policy of two days per week in the office, though flexibility is available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition, identifying and securing new enterprise clients across UK&I/EMEA.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless sales process and strong post-sale engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving cybersecurity challenges.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud security, or technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing large, strategic enterprise deals.
  • Strong ability to engage and sell to C-suite and senior IT leaders.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
