With global expansion plans and a strong presence in DACH, they’re now looking to add a German-speaking BDR to their London-based team. Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers across the DACH markets. Your role will be to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. You’ll receive best-in-class training, regular coaching, and a structured path towards promotion into an Account Executive role. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities in the DACH markets Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Work closely with Account Executives to support deal progression Maintain accurate data in the CRM and contribute to team goals and targets Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends Requirements: Fluent/native in German (spoken and written) Some prior experience in a sales, BDR, SDR, lead generation, or recruitment role or fresh grad looking to move into sales.
