A Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic demand-side relationships with agency holdcos and Independent agencies in the UK. This role will represent Magnite inventory across all formats/devices and drive revenue through programmatic direct deals across their patch. By selling premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages) for inventory packages across display, video, audio, CTV and native, the Senior Account Manager will lay the groundwork for future demand development across the agency.
In This Role You Will:
- Demonstrate a strong growth mindset, fully own your book of business, and be responsible for profit and loss across Magnite Managed Demand.
- Build, manage, and understand strategic relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem, including agencies, publishers, and other third-party organisations in the UK.
- Work closely with the Magnite publisher partners, media planning, client service, and product account teams, and lead projects internally to drive revenue from agencies.
- Act as a role model and non-managerial leader within the team, always demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques, ideas, and advice.
- Creatively market new publisher inventory to the buyer network and drive publisher revenue.
- Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth.
- Educate and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.

- +4 years experience, with a deep understanding and passion for industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
- Excellent skills in Excel, Powerpoint/Google Slides & Gmail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good experience in sales account management.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Ambition, high energy and the will to succeed.
- Strong knowledge of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying, specifically as relates to Real Time Bidding.
