About This Team

As an Account Manager for Curation, you will be the primary point of contact for our most strategic curation partners across the EMEA region. You'll handle partners from initial pitch through onboarding, and proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell new features. You'll support a range of curator types across all formats including display, video, native, audio and CTV.

In This Role You Will

  • Be responsible for revenue growth across a book of business of Magnite curation demand partners across EMEA
  • Lead day‐to‐day management of a dedicated portfolio of Curation partners, ensuring they feel supported across all aspects of their business
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities, build new EMEA curator partnerships and suggest ways for existing curators to expand reach and spend
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure new curators are set up for success, translating complex programmatic concepts into actionable steps for the client
  • Collaborate with revenue teams across the EMEA region, sharing best practice and collating feedback
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal product teams to prioritize roadmap feature requests for the EMEA region
  • Communicate with our Curation partners to deliver updates, business reviews, optimisation feedback and revenue‐driving suggestions
  • Maintain in‐depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, staying up‐to‐date with new ad tech functionality and evaluating opportunities presented by tech developments

We're Looking For Someone With

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital media with hands‐on knowledge of programmatic and media; experience with curation is positive but not required
  • A sales‐oriented mindset focused on identifying new business opportunities by leveraging knowledge and credibility to influence customer behavior and increase revenue
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Innovative thinking with original ideas and suggestions for improvement
