About this team:
As an Account Manager for Curation, you will be the primary point of contact for our most strategic curation partners across the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for taking partners from the initial pitch through a seamless onboarding, and then proactively finding ways to grow their business through smart optimisations and upselling new features. You will support a range of curator types including data partners, creative vendors and curation specialists across all formats including display, video, native, audio and CTV. Working closely with internal teams across different functions including supply, demand and technical teams to drive success for your curators marketplaces.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for revenue growth across a book of business of Magnite curation demand partners across EMEA
- Lead the end-to-end day-to-day management of a dedicated portfolio of Curation partners, ensuring they feel supported across all aspects of their business
- Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities, including building new EMEA curator partnerships and suggesting ways for existing curators to expand their reach and spend
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure new curators are set up for success, translating complex programmatic concepts into clear, actionable steps for the client
- Collaborate with revenue teams across the EMEA region, identifying growth opportunities, sharing best practice and collating feedback
- Regularly solicit customer feedback and work closely with internal product teams to share feedback and establish priority roadmap feature requests for the EMEA region
- Proactively communicate with our Curation partners to deliver updates, including business reviews, optimisation feedback and suggestions for driving revenue
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic eco-system, keeping up to date with new ad tech functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific tech developments
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience of 2–4 years in digital media, with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of programmatic and media, experience working with curation is positive but not required
- A sales-oriented way of thinking and focus on identifying new business opportunities by using knowledge and credibility to change customer behaviour and increase revenue
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Innovation capabilities with original thinking and creativity, and generates suggestions for improvement
- A collaborative working style, you enjoy partnering across teams to solve problems and deliver great work
- A strong proactive growth mindset, you take ownership, looking for opportunities and new ways to drive growth for our clients
