What You Will Do
- Be a subject matter expert for the business in the Magnit solution set, being able to articulate this in a succinct manner to colleagues, clients, and prospects as required.
- Possess a deep understanding regarding how Magnit’s services need to be structured to maintain contingent workforce compliance in the countries where we operate, across all categories of the contingent workforce.
- Support the maintenance of documentation as it relates to global geographic capabilities (excludes North America).
- Be a key stakeholder to Sales, Solution Design & Client Delivery to support tender and RFX activity.
- Provide (and develop where applicable) compliance tools to support Client Delivery teams, including playbooks per country which house all compliance materials required for the running of a program.
- Support the design of compliance dashboards and management information required for leaders in EMEA.
- Support Client Delivery with any expansion requirements which run outside of the Global Solution Design framework.
- Support Implementations to ensure all necessary local compliance processes and checks are embedded in program design.
- Lead and design strategy for compliance / regulatory changes that impact our programs and client activity.
- Partner with CS and other stakeholders on what that design & implementation will look like.
- Collaborate with comms committee on Monthly and Quarterly Newsletter updates related to regional legislation and regulatory changes.
- Support through advisory Client Services, Supplier Relations and Legal departments related to any external audits.
- Forecast any infrastructure requirements (new entity set ups or registrations for example) based off business requirements and provide PMO support as needed.
- Support the department with any other project and ad-hoc work as required.
What You Will Need
- Proven work in contingent workforce compliance, preferably within a global MSP/VMS environment.
- Excellent communicator, with demonstrable experience of managing senior level stakeholders, including those in leadership positions.
- Strong leadership skills, someone who will apply a solutions based and commercial approach, assessing each request on its merits and identifying key risks/challenges.
- The ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively, dealing with stakeholders over multiple time zones.
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, someone who can act in a consultative manner.
- Comfortable with change and can pivot & adapt quickly as requests come in.
