About the Role

Magnit’s direct sourcing solution called Magnit Direct Source, utilises cutting edge AI technology and best-in-class curation services to match candidates from private talent pools to open positions. The Talent Sourcing Partner (TSP) is a client-facing role that engages regularly with client hiring managers to deliver the services outlined in Magnit’s Scope of Work. As a business partner, the TSP regularly leads direct sourcing initiatives with representatives of the client and our internal client program team. The TSP works under the direction of a Direct Sourcing Manager to ensure candidates from talent communities associated with our clients are curated through the contingent hiring process. TSPs will consult with client stakeholders to enable talent curation strategies and campaigns in order to ensure labour sourcing goals are met. TSPs will demonstrate creative solutioning, data driven decision making, and a “people first” approach to achieving program success. TSPs will fulfill high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to client’s culture, expectations, and code of conduct.

What You Will Do

Magnit Direct Source engagements may vary depending on the client demand. In all cases, the TSP is viewed as a Business Partner who provides ongoing consultation to ensure an optimal execution of agreed upon scope.

  • Responsible for the day to day delivery of Magnit Direct Source services to the client
  • Oversee and manage the fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions using our VMS and Direct Source technologies
  • Validate new openings, review matched candidates, submit best matches to hiring managers, communicate with and guide candidates through the process, facilitate manager decision making, extend offers, and support with onboarding where applicable
  • Engage with hiring managers during intake meetings to educate them on Direct Source, qualify their open position, share hiring strategies based on market intelligence and outline the Direct Source processes
  • Strong collaboration with the Magnit onsite Managed Services Program Team (MSP) to ensure partnership in driving and growing Direct Source within the client and, alignment on processes to optimise success
  • Facilitate weekly requisition review meetings with the MSP team to gain status updates, obtain feedback on in process candidates, and prioritisation of role focus
  • Develop and deploy strategies to attract candidates to the talent pool, ensure worker information is up to date and that the appropriate skill sets are present to meet client needs
  • Participate in and deliver monthly governance reporting and quarterly business reviews with the client leadership group to update on delivery, cost savings, direct sourcing strategies, and talent pool development
  • Simultaneously manage multiple technologies, and support multiple clients
