About the role
Senior Techno-Functional SME operating across IAM, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Cloud, and Data Security(Varonis).
Acts as a bridge between business, cyber security, and engineering, driving identity‑led security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and translate business and security requirements into IAM and Cloud Security solutions.
- Support the design and enhancement of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM and Identity Protection.
- Define IAM requirements across Azure, AWS and Saa S environments, implementing RBAC/ABAC, Zero Trust, least privilege and privileged access controls.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments and support remediation of security control weaknesses.
- Support secure onboarding of applications and Saa S platforms within hybrid identity environments (AD & Entra ID).
- Contribute to data security and access governance initiatives using Varonis, including data classification, access monitoring and auditing.
- Support UAT, solution validation and implementation, ensuring alignment with business, security and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure consistent identity, access and data governance across AD/LDAP, HR systems and enterprise applications.
- Support access governance, So D, regulatory compliance and audit remediation activities.
- Work closely with Security, Risk, Engineering, HR, Data teams and Project Managers to deliver secure IAM solutions and successful project outcomes.
Key Skills/Experience
- Extensive experience as Techno‑Functional Analyst / IAM SME within Financial Services.
- Strong expertise in IAM
- Solid knowledge of core IAM and Cloud Security principles
- Cloud (Azure, AWS, Saa S) and hybrid IAM
- Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, federation
- Varonis or similar data security tools
- Understanding of Data Security intiatived and IAM integrations and enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of regulatory and audit requirements in financial services
- Cloud security (Azure/AWS Security)
- CISSP, CISM, or IAM‑related certification preferred.
