We are looking for an experienced Cash Management Analyst to join a leading global investment bank in London, supporting day-to-day liquidity, cash positioning and treasury operations across its European business.
The role will work closely with Front Office teams to ensure appropriate liquidity is available across multiple currencies and that key treasury transactions are processed and settled accurately and on time. This would suit a Treasury Operations professional with around 2+ years' relevant experience looking to join a major international banking environment.
Key responsibilities:- Manage and monitor GBP and EUR liquidity positions
- Support USD and minor currency cash positioning
- Process Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from issuance through to maturity
- Support Treasury / Front Office activity
- Support settlement of fixed income and bond lending transactions
- Support settlement of EUR and GBP CLS net positions
- Monitor payments and clearing activity and resolve operational issues
- Maintain strong operational controls, procedures and regulatory compliance
- Previous experience within Treasury Operations, Cash Management or Liquidity Management
- Good understanding of cash positioning and payment/clearing processes
- Experience with SWIFT and European clearing systems such as T2/TARGET2 and EBA
- Certificate of Deposit experience would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of CLS and Intellimatch would be advantageous
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience within a banking or financial markets environment
