We’re Magnify Marketing – the go-to sports engagement partner for pubs. We help hospitality venues (large pub groups and leading independents) turn every matchday into a moment and every screen into a reason to stay for one more pint. From Guinness Six Nations weekends to Women's World Cup watch parties, we turn sport into stories that fans remember (and clients love).

This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who’s just as happy writing football banter as they are formatting a fixture planner. You’ll be the glue between what’s happening in sport and what shows up on screens, socials, and in print across major hospitality groups and brands.

Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like:

  • Pulling together weekly sports listings and screen planners
  • Writing and posting social content that actually gets a reaction
  • Owning the Weekly Sports Client Brief, what’s on, what’s hot, and what fans want (locally)
  • Writing sharp, punchy email copy that doesn’t sound like a robot wrote it
  • Coordinating pre-match content so our venues always look match-ready
  • Tracking what competitors are doing (and finding ways to do it better)
  • Keeping our internal WhatsApp & Facebook groups alive with energy and updates
  • Writing bits of blog or web copy that help us shout louder about who we are

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Can name at least three sports you enjoy watching (bonus points if one’s darts)
  • Have strong writing skills and a feel for voice, tone, and making things sound human
  • Love juggling multiple tasks and weekly deadlines
  • Know your way around Canva, Meta, and the Sky Sports website! (or are a fast learner)
  • Want to be part of a small but mighty team that punches above its weight
  • Don’t mind getting stuck in sometimes on the occasional weekend (because live sport doesn’t rest)

What You’ll Get:

  • A chance to be part of an agency that’s shaping the future of fan-first marketing
  • Real ownership and variety from day one
  • A voice at the table—we want your ideas
  • Hybrid flexibility + regular team days to bring the energy (Three days office-based)
  • Paid opportunities to support live sport activations (and maybe catch a match or two)
  • A team that values banter, boldness, and getting the job done right

Ready to Apply? Send us your CV and a short cover note or video that tells us:

  • Why you’d be great at this role
  • Your favourite sporting moment (bonus if it happened in a pub).
