About The Role
As a Telesales Executive, your primary focus will be lead generation, prospect qualification, and ensuring accurate database management. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers within prospective organisations.
- Generating high-quality and relevant sales appointments in line with targets.
- Managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.

Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in telephone lead generation and sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- A positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
