This is a chance to join an award winning, fast growing performance agency early as we build out our eCommerce offering. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Magnetize delivers results for product based businesses, with a clear path to step into a manager role as the team grows.

- Strong understanding of eCommerce business models, product margins and how stock, shipping and promotions affect performance.
- Confident communicator who can present performance, challenge assumptions and build trust with clients.
- Analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to spot trends and translate data into clear actions.
- Skilled in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics 4 and Excel or Google Sheets.
- A curious, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for testing, learning and continual improvement.
