Magnetize is expanding into eCommerce and we’re looking for an ambitious eCommerce PPC Specialist to help us scale this rapidly growing part of the business. You’ll be hands‑on with client performance from day one, turning ad spend into measurable profit through smart strategy, rigorous testing and platform expertise.
This is your chance to join a high‑growth, award‑winning PPC agency at a pivotal moment. Your ideas will have real commercial impact from day one, not just theoretical influence. You'll directly shape how we deliver results for product-based brands, with ownership of client portfolios and a voice in strategy decisions that drive revenue.
Clear progression path with accountability:
- As we scale, you’ll take on larger client portfolios, mentor junior team members, and take responsibility for the eCommerce vertical.
- Performance‑based progression – no artificial timelines, but a proven track record of driving profitable ROAS accelerates your path.
This role offers the flexibility to shape your own career trajectory as the agency expands. If you’re ambitious, data‑driven, and want to build something rather than just maintain it, this is your opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of eCommerce client accounts, taking responsibility for strategy, delivery and performance along with the PPC Manager.
- Develop high performing PPC strategies across Google Ads, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube that drive profitable sales and scalable growth.
- Use first‑party and platform data such as ROAS, MER, margin and lifetime value to shape campaign structure and optimisation plans.
- Oversee implementation, testing and optimisation across campaigns, focusing on revenue, profit and efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities through feed optimisation, creative testing and data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate directly with clients to interpret results, explain strategy and challenge thinking where needed to unlock growth.
- Explore cross‑channel opportunities including Meta, TikTok and YouTube to amplify eCommerce performance.
- Contribute to Magnetize’s internal learning through case studies, test results and shared insights about eCommerce marketing.
About Magnetize:
Magnetize is an award winning, fast growing performance marketing agency that helps ambitious brands turn paid media into real commercial growth. After establishing ourselves as leaders in service sector marketing, we are now expanding into eCommerce, partnering with D2C and retail brands that care about profit, not just platform metrics.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3-4 years of hands on experience managing eCommerce PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max in an agency setting.
- Proven record of driving revenue and profitable ROAS through paid search.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business models, product margins and how stock, shipping and promotions affect performance.
- Confident communicator who can present performance, challenge assumptions and build trust with clients.
- Analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to spot trends and translate data into clear actions.
- Skilled in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics 4 and Excel or Google Sheets.
- A curious, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for testing, learning and continual improvement.
Location, working pattern and salary:
- Remote first role for UK based candidates.
- Monthly or bi‑monthly in person team meetups.
- Occasional client visits to strengthen relationships.
- Salary of up to £48,000 depending on experience.
