Magnetize is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious PPC Executive to support the next phase of that growth. You’ll be hands-on with client accounts from day one, helping turn ad spend into measurable profit through structured testing, optimisation and platform expertise. This is a chance to join a small, high-growth team where you’ll learn quickly, contribute ideas and build the foundations to progress into a PPC Manager role as we grow.
What you'll do:
- Support PPC Managers on larger accounts, assisting with strategy execution, optimisation and reporting
- Own and manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, taking responsibility for day-to-day performance and delivery
- Build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube
- Use data such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates and lifetime value to inform optimisation decisions
- Carry out ongoing testing across bids, audiences, creatives and feeds to improve performance
- Identify growth opportunities through search term analysis, account structure improvements and performance insights
- Assist in preparing reports and client updates, clearly communicating performance and next steps
- Collaborate with the wider team to share learnings, test results and insights across accounts
- Support exploration of cross-channel opportunities including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Contribute to internal case studies and documentation to strengthen our approach to paid media

What we're looking for:
- Around 2 years of hands on experience in PPC
- Good understanding of Google Ads across Search, Performance Max and YouTube
- Strong interest in performance marketing and how it drives commercial results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action
- Comfortable working with tools such as Google Ads, GA4 and Excel or Google Sheets
- Clear communicator who can contribute to client updates and internal discussions
- Organised and detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks across different accounts
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, test and develop quickly
Location, working pattern and salary:
Remote first role for UK based candidates. Monthly or bi-monthly in person team meetups. Occasional client visits to strengthen relationships. Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
