Magnetize is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious PPC Executive to support the next phase of that growth. You’ll be hands-on with client accounts from day one, helping turn ad spend into measurable profit through structured testing, optimisation and platform expertise.
This is a chance to join a small, high-growth team where you’ll learn quickly, contribute ideas and build the foundations to progress into a PPC Manager role as we grow.
- Support PPC Managers on larger accounts, assisting with strategy execution, optimisation and reporting.
- Own and manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, taking responsibility for day-to-day performance and delivery.
- Build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube.
- Use data such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates and lifetime value to inform optimisation decisions.
- Carry out ongoing testing across bids, audiences, creatives and feeds to improve performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through search term analysis.
