We're a closeāknit, senior team that values clarity, quality, and calm execution, even when things move fast.
The role (what this is really about) This is a handsāon, highāautonomy role. You will be the primary owner of marketing execution across multiple channels, working on client campaigns as well as Magnetic's own growth and brand presence. You'll be expected to:
- Operate confidently without overādetailed briefs
- Translate direction into action
- Spot gaps, propose solutions, and move work forward
- Balance creativity with commercial thinking
This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and making things happen, rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Maintain effective internal communication so the wider team is aligned on marketing objectives and initiatives.
What we're looking for The most important thing is mindset. We're looking for someone who brings a startāup mentality to their work: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. You should be a strong generalist who can move between channels and projects confidently, without sacrificing quality.
