Our work spans brand systems, digital design, campaigns, content, and experiences, often delivered across markets and platforms. Clients include organisations such as Meta and Diageo, alongside scale-ups and cultural brands.
We value:
- Clear thinking
- Strong fundamentals
- Reliable delivery
- Calm collaboration
The role
We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Designer to join our London team. (Even if you are not London-based, we would expect you to be in the office 3 days of the week). This role suits a designer who is already comfortable working across more than one design discipline, and who enjoys applying strong fundamentals across a range of outputs, from brand and campaign work to digital and presentation design. You will work closely with senior designers, project managers, and clients, contributing to projects that require both craft and pace.
What you will be working on
Depending on the project, your work may include:
- Brand identities and visual systems
- Campaign assets (social, digital, display)
- Digital design (websites, landing pages, UI layouts)
- Presentation decks and visual storytelling
- Print and experiential assets
- Motion or interactive elements (where relevant)
The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to move between formats while maintaining consistency and quality.
Uniqueness makes us Magnetic
Magnetic is built on diverse perspectives, curiosity, and mutual respect. We value people who bring their authentic selves to work and believe that diversity drives better thinking, creativity, and outcomes.
Requirements
What we are looking for
We are less interested in titles and more interested in how you work. This role is a good fit if you:
- Have experience in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment
- Are confident designing across both brand and digital outputs
- Have strong fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual systems
- Can manage your own workload while collaborating effectively with others
- Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating efficiently
- Can work across multiple projects without losing quality or focus
You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you should be strong in more than one area and comfortable adapting.
Experience & requirements
- Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating ideas to clients and team members
- Degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real, delivered work, with particular strength in layout and typography
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craft
- Good time management and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions
- A professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work
Tools & skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for both digital and print contexts
- Motion design, video editing, or 3D experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Familiarity with web platforms such as Wix Studio or Shopify is helpful
We value designers who continue to learn and adapt as tools and platforms evolve.
How success is measured
In this role, success looks like:
- Delivering design work that consistently meets brief and quality expectations
- Working efficiently across different project types
- Contributing to a smooth, low-drama delivery process
- Earning trust and responsibility over time
Benefits
A vibrant, collaborative, and supportive team culture. Opportunities to work on exciting, high-impact projects for global clients. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance and professional development opportunities. Hybrid working options for flexibility and work-life balance. Annual team retreats and creative workshops. A platform to grow your career and make a mark in the creative industry.
