We're Magnetic, a fast-moving, full-service creative agency based in the heart of Hoxton, and we're looking for a Multidisciplinary Designer to join our growing London team.

This is a varied role for a curious and adaptable designer who enjoys working across multiple disciplines.

One day you might be developing a brand identity, the next designing a website, creating motion graphics, preparing artwork for print, or helping shape an immersive experience.

You'll work on exciting briefs for global brands, ambitious NGOs and disruptive startups, supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

We're looking for someone who combines strong visual design skills with attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a passion for creating work that makes an impact.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing across branding, digital, web, print, motion and campaign projects
  • Supporting the development of creative concepts and translating briefs into engaging visual solutions
  • Creating brand assets, presentations, social content, websites, marketing materials and print collateral
  • Producing artwork and preparing files for both digital and print production
  • Creating basic motion graphics, animations and interactive content where required
  • Collaborating with strategists, account managers, developers and fellow creatives throughout the design process
  • Contributing ideas during creative workshops, brainstorms and project kick-offs
  • Maintaining consistency across client brands and ensuring work meets agency quality standards
  • Managing your workload effectively across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exploring new tools, technologies and creative approaches to enhance project outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency, studio or in-house design role
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong skills across Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including; Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
  • Experience creating work across brand, print and digital design
  • Motion design experience using After Effects or similar tools Experience designing websites, landing pages or digital experiences
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand systems
  • Attention to detail and confidence preparing artwork for production
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Interest in emerging creative technologies, AI tools and interactive experiences

  • Experience with exhibition, event, environmental or experiential design
  • Knowledge of AR, interactive design or immersive technologies
