We’re excited to be recruiting for Trainee Machinists to join our growing team at Magnet. Location: Darlington
Salary: Trainee Machinist salary starts at £25,875.02 (plus shift allowance), increasing to £27,442.58 (plus shift allowance) after successful completion of a 6‑month training programme. Following this there is further potential as you work your way up the levels, so if you are ambitious this is the role for you.
Assessment Day: On‑site in Darlington (w/c 8th June). This will give you a chance to learn about our business, see the working environment and have an in‑person interview.

- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Show a willingness to learn and develop into a skilled machine operator
