Role: Trade Salesperson — based in a Magnet store, working as part of a fast paced, motivated team.
The Greater Picture: At Magnet, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. You will create a welcoming environment for all customers visiting the store, maintain and develop strong customer relationships, gain excellent product knowledge, help to increase sale opportunities, open new accounts and ensure repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on projects
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with the store team
- Develop product knowledge and use it to increase sales opportunities
- Support opening new accounts and ensuring repeat business
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently
- Customer service with a personable manner
- Willingness to learn and deliver product knowledge
- Ability to build strong working relationships with the store team
- Desire to learn design software
- Capacity to manage stock
- Computer literate
- Readiness to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
