We're not looking for a marketer. We're looking for a builder. Someone who can take a client from zero to a live, converting growth system and own every piece of it: the funnels, the landing pages, the email flows, the scripts, the tracking, the integrations. This is a new kind of role. We've built a proprietary growth framework that didn't exist before and we need someone to help us run it.
If you're the type of person who has spent the last 12-18 months getting obsessed with AI tools, building things fast, and figuring out how to do more with less, keep reading.
What you'll actually do:
- Build complete growth systems for our clients from scratch: funnels, landing pages, email workflows, ad scripts, VSLs.
- Set up and connect all the technical pieces: GoHighLevel, Netlify, Meta pixel, domains, webhooks, CRM integrations, tracking.
- Run multiple client builds at once, keep timelines tight, and flag anything before it becomes a problem.
- Use AI tools aggressively to speed up the build process: copy, creative, page structure, automation.
- Launch systems live, monitor performance, and make improvements based on real data.
- Work directly with the founder. No layers, no bureaucracy.
What we're looking for:
- You've built funnels end-to-end. Not managed someone else's. Actually built them.
- You know how to connect systems: landing pages, email platforms, CRM, tracking. You've done the technical setup yourself.
- You use AI tools to get things done faster. Claude, ChatGPT, Framer, whatever. You've figured out how to use them properly.
- You're based in the UK and want to work somewhere small where what you do actually matters.
- You're hungry. You want to earn well, you want to build something, and you're not looking for a comfortable corporate job.
What this isn't:
This isn't a role for someone who wants a steady salary, a defined remit, and a clear career ladder. We're a small team building something big. The deal reflects that. There's real upside for the right person who performs.
Why Magnet:
We build and run complete growth systems for businesses. Not strategy decks. Actual live systems that generate leads and revenue. We're building the infrastructure to do this at scale, and this person will be central to delivering it.
