Location: Hadleigh Showroom. Base salary: £26,550 + uncapped commission (OTE approx £35,000+).

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales
  • Design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value
  • Build strong customer relationships from start to finish
  • Manage pipeline and follow up leads
  • Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities
  • Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin
