As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales
- Design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value
- Build strong customer relationships from start to finish
- Manage your pipeline and follow up leads
- Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities
- Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
- Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
- A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
