Magnet Recruit is working with a leader within the Food Manufacturing sector. This role isn’t for just anybody; we need a technically strong, people-focused leader that is experienced in leading large teams through turbulent change. The product itself isn’t essential (experience-wise), but the individual needs to have experience of leading within a Food or FMCG environment. Ideally, you haven’t had the deepest of pockets when it comes to capital as this business is going through a 'battening down of the hatches' approach with critical CapEx available, but this is a 'hearts and minds' piece first and foremost.
