Magnet Recruit is working closely with a large, nationally recognised leader within the Food Manufacturing sector in the UK. This organisation has been through a lot of change in recent times, so we are looking for several stand out, Senior Operational individuals across a number of sites in the UK. You will be tasked with the turnaround of a facility that has anywhere between (Apply online only) FTE, depending on location. Key KPIs have never been so important. With global issues across the supply chain, managing costs and really pushing on the controllables is essential.

About you?

  • Demonstarted experience of having full P&L responsibility in a fast paced, either food or FMCG environment
  • Ideally 2+ years as a minimum
  • Previously held Senior Operational role
  • Either single site or multi-site
  • Experienced in change culture programmes
  • You will lead investment but also take the team along for the journey
  • Understanding that WCM is a mindset as well as performance related
  • CI minded, People leading, Operational Champion
