What’s on offer?

A salary of £43,000 – £50,000 per year, with a car allowance of £5,600 along with an attractive commission package that truly recognises and rewards your hard work.

As a Store Manager, you’ll be centre stage in one of our stunning, purpose-built showrooms, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that’s motivated to succeed together.

Our store managers come from all walks of life, and that’s what makes us unique. We’re looking for a perfect blend of sales expertise, creativity, and leadership, along with 2-3 years previous experience as a retail manager in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom sector. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to lead the store like it’s your own business, ensuring our customers enjoy outstanding service from start to finish. From boosting performance to driving sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success story.   • At least 2-3 years previous experience in the KBB retail industry leading a team.
  • A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered.
  • A creative mindset and the flexibility to mix things up with varied working hours.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
