Salary: £26,000 - £26,500
We are looking for an experiened Accounts Receivable Specialist to join Magnet and play a key role in supporting the financial health of one of the UK's leading kitchen brands. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help manage customer accounts, support effective debt recovery, and contribute to important credit control decisions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the key contact for the Magnet Service Centre, managing all queries efficiently
- Work closely with the Shared Service Centre to support debt recovery activities
- Contribute to month-end reporting, ensuring actions are identified and completed in a timely manner
- Support decisions relating to customer credit holds and order releases using relevant trading information
- Build strong relationships with sales teams and customers to help reduce overdue debt and improve cash collection
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working
- Maintain clear and accurate process documentation to support business and team activities
- Play a key role in system implementation projects
Who we’re looking for:
- Desirably a sound knowledge of credit risk assessment & credit control procedures
- Experience working in a high-volume credit control environment would be advantagous
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with both internal and external customers
- A flexabile approuch to change with the ability to be adaptable where needed
