What you'll be doing:
- Engage customers over the telephone and virtual platforms, guiding them through the kitchen design and sales process
- Understand individual customer needs, expectations and budgets to recommend tailored kitchen solutions
- Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently work towards delivering or exceeding targets
- Liaise directly with store colleagues to ensure successful end-to-end project management
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally and efficiently
