Join Our Production Team
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Maldon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience, or an individual looking to build a long-term career within a modern production environment. As a Needle Punch Operator, you will play a key role in operating and monitoring our automated production lines, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Full training will be provided, including equipment and systems training.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring automated production machinery.
- Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
- Conducting routine product quality checks and accurately recording results.
- Completing production documentation and updating visual management systems.
- Supporting product changeovers and planning ahead to minimise downtime.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards and keeping work areas organised.
- Operating a forklift truck to move materials and finished products (training provided where required).
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identifying and reporting safety, quality, or operational concerns.

- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
- Experience working within a quality-controlled manufacturing environment.
