Responsibilities
- The Regional Head of Supply Chain is responsible for setting and executing the end-to-end SC strategy across the region, ensuring optimal service, cost and working capital performance.
- The role leads planning, logistics, distribution and customer service activities aligning supply chain capabilities with commercial and operational priorities to support growth and resilience.
- Serves as a strong partner to the Head of Commercial and Head of Operations to balance stakeholder needs and grow the business.
Strategy and Leadership
- Define and implement the regional SC strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Own end-to-end SC performance (service, cost, inventory and risks).
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and accountability.
- Lead and develop a regional team of senior SC professionals.
Planning and Inventory Management
- Responsible for the Sales & Operations planning/Integrated business planning process.
- Manage the regional S&OP / IBP Leader.
- Define & track Supply Chain KPI’s.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Drive capability building and succession planning.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate Supply Chain risks; ensure contingency planning is in place.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards and company policies.
Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Partner with the Global BEX team to implement lean/six sigma/digital transformations.
- Drive cost reduction, service improvement and working capital optimisation initiatives.
Financial Ownership
- Own and manage Supply Chain budget and cost performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- A proven track record in end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Experience in a transformation, integration environment is a plus.
- High level of English is required (both verbal and written), fluency in additional languages is beneficial.
