Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Management: AR reporting and follow-up on aged debtor collections. Collaborate efficiently with Customer Care and Commercial Managers.
  • Treasury Responsibilities: Bank reconciliation. FX swaps & cash flow forecasting.
  • General Ledger Accounting: Support the Financial Controller in maintaining the accuracy of multiple financial ledgers.
  • Accounts Payable Responsibilities: Support AP processes, including invoice processing and payment runs.
  • Year-End Statutory Audit Support: Assist with statutory audit requirements.
  • Other Opportunities: Participate in projects related to personal growth and development, such as customer rebates, management accounting, reconciliations, and process improvements, involving internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Part or fully qualified AAT preferred, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • The successful candidate must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
