Job Responsibilities

• Good analytical skills.
• Tool changing and/or process experience necessary.
• MAFACT processes and principles (internal training).
• Candidates must be able to work using their own initiative, and be able to liaise with other functions and departments at all levels within the company.
• Manual dexterity.
• Literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to identify different colours of products (i.e. Ishihara).
• A high level of knowledge & experience regarding injection moulding tools, processing, moulding machines and secondary equipment.
• 10+ years’ higher level technical processing experience within automotive injection moulding environment.
• Proven history of implementing new ideas and processes.
• Must be comfortable with integrating new technologies into an existing business environment.
• Good team worker.
• Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure on own initiative.
• Strong attention span with a good eye for detail.
• Able to follow formal procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Good decision making and problem solving skills.
• Good math and statistical analysis skills.
