Job Responsibilities
- Good analytical skills.
- Tool changing and/or process experience necessary.
- MAFACT processes and principles (internal training).
- Candidates must be able to work using their own initiative, and be able to liaise with other functions and departments at all levels within the company.
- Manual dexterity.
- Literacy and numeracy.
- Ability to identify different colours of products (i.e. Ishihara).
- A high level of knowledge & experience regarding injection moulding tools, processing, moulding machines and secondary equipment.
- 10+ years’ higher level technical processing experience within automotive injection moulding environment.
- Proven history of implementing new ideas and processes.
- Must be comfortable with integrating new technologies into an existing business environment.
- Good team worker.
- Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure on own initiative.
- Strong attention span with a good eye for detail.
- Able to follow formal procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Good decision making and problem solving skills.
- Good math and statistical analysis skills.
