Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, office services, or property management.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- IOSH Managing Safely or similar health and safety qualification.
- Facilities Management qualification (IWFM or equivalent).
