Cosma International seeks a Die Casting Process Supervisor to oversee and lead sustainable die casting processes, driving continuous improvements and KPI alignment.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will shape the department by growing team skills and prioritising key improvements.
You will actively lead on the shop floor, provide technical support, and manage direct reports while promoting HSE policies and supporting new product launches and tool trials.
