What you'll take care of.
This is a key role in helping Magna deliver its purpose of creating great homes together. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with our wider colleagues to achieve best practices. Your duties will involve surveying our homes in connection to future planned and cyclical works and response repairs, to deliver a service in a modern and efficient way to meet our customer’s needs and requirements. You will need to carry out inspection and surveys of homes from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards and achieve optimal levels of customer satisfaction.
• You will be part of a team, that completes capital and revenue works programmes, stock condition surveys, EPC and response repairs inspection. These tasks will include gathering information on asbestos, energy performance, legionella and the housing health and safety ratings systems, along with details of the building components.
• You will assist in the analyse the data for future investment programmes.
• You will play a key role in consulting and liaising with our customers directly to resolve issues and be an ambassador for Magna.
• Assist in resolving any customer complaints to a satisfactory resolve for all concerned.
What you need to be successful
• A comprehensive knowledge of the development of survey programmes, enabling you to assist with the interpretation and analysis of property data. This expertise will support the creation of major and cyclical maintenance programmes, ensuring that stock is maintained to meet required regulatory and statutory standards.
• The capacity to engage with all sectors of the business through a 'one team' approach, fostering and sustaining relationships with our customers and colleagues.
• You will have excellent customer facing skills with good technical knowledge.
