What you are known for
- Supporting the development, implementation and delivery of clear, consistent asset investment and decision‑making frameworks.
- Helping ensure investment decisions are transparent, evidence-based and defensible.
- Translating asset strategy into clear, evidence‑based investment plans and recommendations.
- Delivering high‑quality options appraisal and scenario modelling.
- Providing expertise on asset intelligence and modelling tools.
- Promoting strong asset data integrity and alignment across the organisation.
What you take care of
- Support the development and application of asset investment and decision‑making frameworks, ensuring a consistent, evidence-based approach to portfolio decisions.
- Working with the Head of Department (HoD), carry out appraisals, modelling and analysis that supports recommendations for long‑term portfolio investment decisions.
- Support the development of investment plans for homes and estates, translating strategic priorities into prioritised, deliverable proposals.
- Maintain and develop the asset intelligence “golden thread”, ensuring data, modelling and insight underpin confident decision‑making.
- Act as a key user and steward of modelling tools and systems (including GIS), ensuring outputs are robust, consistent and decision‑ready.
- Work across the business to improve asset data integrity, consistency and usability, helping to ensure data is fit for strategic planning purposes.
- Support the HoD with insight and reporting for leadership and Board discussions, risk and performance management.
- Support analysis of regeneration and place‑based opportunities, contributing to early‑stage appraisals and investment cases.
