We are seeking a Resourcing Administrator to join our supportive and progressive People team. What\’s essential to us is that you can demonstrate excellent administration skills alongside organisational abilities, with great attention to detail. Additionally, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is crucial, as our focus is on serving our customers, who include our colleagues, hiring managers, and both internal and external candidates. Your responsibilities will include and not limited to:
- Managing the administration processes for the People Team and our internal and external customers.
- Inputting and maintaining data for both the People Team and Resourcing systems, ensuring compliance with Magna Policies and statutory legislative guidelines.

What you need to be successful:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Packages, including Teams and Outlook.
- Previous experience working within a Human Resources team, overseeing the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
