We are seeking experienced and qualified Electricians to join our Building Safety and Compliance team. Our primary objective is to deliver quality and affordable housing, along with services that enhance the lives of our customers.
What you take care of:
- Carry out all aspects of electrical repairs, demonstrating excellent fault-finding skills.
- Conduct installation works if necessary.
- Responsible for conducting the relevant testing and certification upon completion of any works carried out.
- Perform periodical condition reports and remedial works.
- Be on call approximately every 12 weeks for which you will receive a standby allowance.
What you need to be successful:
- Fully qualified, with an NVQ level 3, preferably with 18th edition.
- City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
- A strong background in working within domestic properties would be advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and basic IT literacy.
- Dedicated to delivering a customer-focused service.
- Hold a full driving license.
