The predicted salary is between 22400 - 31200 £ per year.
Salary up to 28,000 per annum plus benefits (DOE) 39 hours per week. Permanent Role. Location: Dorchester (Frampton) covering sites in Dorset and surrounding areas.

The role what you take care of:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. Primarily working as part of a two-person crew within a larger group of eleven covering Dorset and the surrounding areas, this role requires collaboration with colleagues across the wider team and service. As an integral member of our multi-disciplinary staff, you will uphold best practices and actively contribute to our core Vision and Values: Always Safe, All About Customers, Be Kind, Own It, One Team and Be Curious. You will be responsible for managing our communal areas, grass cutting, minor tree works and hedge/shrub cutting. A comprehensive Role Profile is attached to this advert.
What you need to be successful:
- Proven experience in providing grounds maintenance services is essential.
- A willingness to learn, coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, as well as being a great team player, is key to this role.
- Applicants will need to have a full driving license and the ability and confidence to tow a trailer.
- You will require the ability to get to and from the Frampton depot independently.
- This post is subject to a Basic Level Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
