Role & responsibilities:
- Lead finance system updates and coordinate finance system change.
- This role will play a vital role in the successful implementation of new tools, ensuring robust data sharing with other systems.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the finance function, enhancing the support we provide to the business.
- Provide tactical support and technical advice in the delivery of new systems, and systems controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Review wider value for money, support reporting as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience enabling contribution effectively as a senior finance leadership team member.
- Project management expertise, strategic approach and focus on future objectives.
- Flexible communication style, adapt to audience, achieve buy‑in and outcomes, uphold integrity, accountability, ambassador of Magna’s Vision and Values.
- Understanding of the Social Housing Sector and its regulatory and political landscape would be advantageous.
- CCAB finance qualification or equivalent level of demonstrable experience.
