Telford Full-Time No home office possible

Magna are a leading specialist confectioner of Hollow and Shell-moulding chocolate products, based in Telford and have a firm belief that everything we do is carried out by a team. We wouldn\’t be half as successful without our Mixers. The purpose of a Mixer is to prepare and mix batches of ingredients according to specific recipes. This includes measuring, weighing and combining the ingredients, operating and monitoring mixing equipment, and ensuring the mix meets quality standards. Mixer also inspects and maintains equipment, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and performs other duties as assigned, which could involve working on the line.

What is on offer:

Starting rate: £12.21 per hour Day shift increasing to £12.81, Night shift gets £12.21 per hour increasing to £12.81 + shift allowance of 13.64%. Temporary until March 2026. Fixed Shift patterns available:

Days – Monday to Wednesday, 7.30am to 7.30pm
Days – Thursday to Saturday, 7.30am to 7.30pm
Nights – Sunday to Tuesday, 7.30pm to 7.30am
Nights – Wednesday to Friday 7.30pm to 7.30am

Temporary Contracts, Average holiday pay, Auto-enrolment pension.

Day to day duties include:

Operate mixers to mix ingredients to specified recipes.
Ensure production specifications are met.
Unload mixed batches and transfer to storage tanks.
Maintain accurate records of production.

The successful candidate will:

Have knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to accurately measure ingredients.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
