Role of Worldwide Luxury Travel Specialist:
- Booking a wide selection of luxury worldwide travel products, including tailor-made bespoke itineraries
- Working with clients directly and liaising with agents/suppliers
- Forging strong relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
- Offering product / destination advice and itinerary suggestions
- Achieving sales targets
Skills required for the role:
- Previous travel agency sales/tour operator experience - essential
- Luxury travel product knowledge - essential
- Strong sales ability / able to achieve sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills and good attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
