We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Kings Lynn.

Location: Kings Lynn

Hours: 45 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of team leaders and operatives within the region. You'll provide managerial support to enable an efficient and effective operational area, delivering the service strategy whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and other local delivery teams, you'll ensure that activities are undertaken with a customer focus and efficiently delivered, all whilst upholding our commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental policy.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Monitoring, measuring and improving productivity, performance and quality of field teams
  • Managing direct reports, including coaching, mentoring and developing team members to fulfil their potential
  • Organising and controlling labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency and that work is completed within required service levels
  • Investigating customer complaints and quality issues, facilitating resolution whilst ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Promoting a positive health & safety culture, completing audits and ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and regulations

What are we looking for?

  • You have demonstrable experience within the water industry at a supervisory level
  • You hold an NRSWA ticket
  • You have strong IT and communication skills with experience managing varied teams
  • You hold a Full driving licence
  • You're collaborative, trusted and focused in your approach, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
