Role Overview And Purpose
The Cleaning team are responsible for the cleanliness of the Centre, via management of the external contract. To ensure the cleaning operation maintains a safe and pleasant environment for our customers.
Main Duties
- Internal cleaning of Multrees Walk - this includes back of house corridors / stairwells and common areas toilets
- External cleaning of Multrees Walk - This includes deck scrubbing, litter picking, removal of weeds and regular checks to ensure that Multrees Walk is clean and tidy
- Glass cleaning - Regular cleaning of the glazing to the 2 office entrances
- Cleaning machine usage - external cleaning machine and smaller internal cleaning machine usage
- Waste & Recycling - Collecting waste from tenants back of house areas and then taking to service road to segregate
- Use of Balers - when recycling has been segregated these are baled ready for collection
- Reporting - You must report any faults issues that you see to the management team immediately - so that it can be actioned if required
