We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cambridge, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences whilst supporting our hospitality operations. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure our establishment runs smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism at all times.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency.
  • Assist with reception duties, including welcoming guests, managing enquiries, and providing information about facilities and services.
  • Support the team in maintaining clean, organised, and welcoming communal areas.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless operations and positive guest experiences.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining composure.
  • Demonstrated team player mentality with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and guest needs.

Desirable Qualifications:
