The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage a 360 recruitment desk, combining sales, relationship building and business development.
You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with clients and education professionals
- Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Developing new business through sales activity and networking
- Attending client meetings and school visits
- Negotiating offers and managing placements
- Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals
About You
- Degree educated in any discipline
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Confident communicators with strong people skills
- Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and build a successful career
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, sport, customer service, fundraising, events or leadership roles is beneficial but not essential.
