About the Role

We are hiring for a global private markets investment platform to support and scale its Investor Relations and Business Development function. This role sits at the intersection of investor outreach, CRM ownership, and relationship management, with a clear pathway into direct LP engagement. This opportunity is strictly suited for candidates from VC / PE / Private Markets backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage CRM and outreach platforms (Apollo or similar) with high data accuracy
  • Drive investor prospecting, segmentation, and outreach workflows
  • Improve automation and BD/IR processes to enhance efficiency
  • Draft and manage professional communication with institutional investors
  • Progress into direct relationship management with LPs and co-investors over time

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations / Business Development
  • Mandatory background in VC, PE, Private Equity funds, or investment firms
  • Strong written communication skills with senior investor exposure
  • Highly detail-oriented; strong with CRM systems and outreach tools
  • Self-starter mindset; comfortable in lean, fast-moving environments
  • Able to work remotely aligned with UK/European business hours
